Geneius is developing a proprietary CTL technology platform through a series of products which rebalance the immune system to actively reject and reinstate immune-surveillance to tumors.
The Phase II clinical work has shown human clinical data that demonstrates that the CTL approach provides far superior outcomes to the current standard of care in treating Lymphoma, Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Melanoma.
Geneius' approach has not shown any of the toxicities associated with standard chemo and radiation therapies.

Additionally, Geneius' CTL platform will also be ready to enter Phase I/II studies for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Liver Cancer), Leukemia, Pancreatic, Colon and potentially other cancers.

Geneius' first product is ready to enter pivotal clinical studies following a short bridging study to our commercial manufacturing process.

Geneius' second product will enter Phase I/II development shortly thereafter.

In clinical trials to date, T-cell therapy appears to have a superior clinical outcome, little or no toxicity and a better quality of life compared to traditional cancer therapies.
